In order to prepare this, you will need the frozen vegetable mix which includes carrots, green beans, cauliflower and broccoli. Also, you must have coconut oil, spices and spinach. You will have to put the coconut oil in the frying pan. Then you will have to add the vegetables, the spices and the eggs. You can also add some spinach but this is not necessary. You will just then have to stir everything in the pan until cooked.
